Shipping

Standard, 3 to 5 working days: free on orders over $150, otherwise $6.
Express, 1 to 2 working days: $18.
International, 5 to 10 working days: from $20, duties shown at checkout.

In-stock orders placed before 1 pm ET on a working day leave our studio the same day. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces show their own dispatch time on the product page.

Pick up in a boutique

Choose pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within two hours.

Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days. Returns are free in the US; start one from your account or the link in your order email.

Engraved pieces, pierced earrings that have been worn and gift cards cannot be returned, but we are always happy to resize a ring.
