Will gold vermeil tarnish?

Vermeil does not tarnish like silver, but the gold layer wears slowly with daily friction. With the care on our Jewelry care page, it stays bright for years, and we re-plate it for $35.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?

Solid gold and lab-grown diamond pieces, yes. For vermeil, silver and pearls, take them off for showers, swimming and the gym.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Our metals are nickel-free: recycled sterling silver, 14k gold vermeil and solid 14k gold.

How do I find my ring size?

Use the tables on our Sizing page or visit a boutique. Every ring can be resized once for free within 60 days.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, on the Oval Signet Ring, the Initial Pendant and the Medallion Coin Necklace, up to 12 characters. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.

What is your warranty?

Two years against faults in clasps, hinges, chains and settings. See our Warranty page.

When will my pre-order ship?

The dispatch time is on the product page, usually 3 to 6 weeks. We charge you when you order and email you when it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to more than 40 countries. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
